Are you ready for this? It's time to cool down!
It really has been a really warm summer here in Toronto, and its been really hard to keep cool. So I've made a super simple Cantaloupe Sorbet.
Canteloupe is such a great refresher even just by itself, but turn it into a sorbet, and you have an even sweeter and even more refreshing treat. Not only that, it definitely is a fun was to get some healthy fruit into our systems.
What's also great about my recipe is that you can choose to use an ice cream maker, or if you don't have one, I have an easy solve! For you don't always need an ice cream maker to make a smooth and fluffy ice cream or sorbet, all you need is patience! Haha, but don't worry, the pay off is totally worth it!
What's also great is that its under 5 ingredients! Who doesn't love that? So here is your (semi) healthy dose of fruit served in the wonderful form of a sorbet. So let's enjoy the summer with a bowl of this totally summery and fun Canteloupe Sorbet!
