Avocado Chimichurri - The New Way to Have Guacamole

Are you tired of having the same old guacamole dip for your chips and veggies? Looking to amp it up, try something new? Craving for a healthy snack? Well I've got the thing for you!
And if you haven't already read my 'Herbs and It's Health Benefits' then this is a great way to get some extra nutrients into our systems, in the form of a creamy, delicious guacamole.
This recipe for Avocado Chimichurri was introduced to me by my friend, Lauren, and I have been in love with it ever since. But here, I've put my own spin on it by adding a bit of tomato for some colour and texture, and also some crumbled feta for a bit of saltiness.
Believe me when I say that after trying this version of guacamole, you'll never go back to your regular old guac, ever again.
What I love apart from its awesome flavour, is its many many uses! Aside from simply having it with chips or crudite, but its very multifunctional! Its great over top grilled corn on the cob, its delicious as a creamy salad dressing, and its amazing as a creamy pasta sauce to swap for an alfredo sauce and even to toss with zucchini noodles!
Seriously, what a great way to get that yummy fix of creaminess without all the added fat and cholesterol you get from ranch dressing, or mayo, or even alfredo. If all those uses hasn't already sold you, I do not know what will.. but let me assure you that this is one guac that you should definitely try.
